Red Apple Lipstick Lip Gloss Review and Giveaway!

It seems like spring has finally sprung here (knock on wood!) and what better way to kick it off than with a colorful new line of lip gloss from Red Apple Lipstick? Red Apple let me in on a sneak peak of the new Mint 2 Be Gluten-free lip glosses and after trying them out over the holiday weekend, I was instantly hooked. I love the silky feel of the gloss and it's foolproof to apply, even for those it's-a-red-light-time-to-finish-my-makeup-while-driving-to-work types...not that I ever do that or anything.. The bright hues are amazing and the formula is not the least bit sticky--it really nourishes the lips.

I sampled the "Berried Treasure" and "Hot Mess" glosses, which have a fresh minty tingle, loads of vitamin C and E, and a flattering sparkly sheen. As always from Red Apple Lipstick, these glosses are safe and non-toxic, gluten-free, allergen-free, vegan, paraben free, and of course awesome.     Wow, hard choice. I like hot mess the most but haven't worn anything that bold for years so I'll go with berried treasure.

    The name Hot Mess is freaking awesome, but I think in my domesticated life (i.e. two kids and barely brushed hair) I should probably opt for the Berries one :) Thanks for a great giveaway!

    Berried Treasure is berry nice. I love that you helped me find gluten free make-up for my 17 year old daughter (saving me from having to spend 12 hours on the phone various with customer service departments) and a conscientious company as well. What could be better? Thank you!

    Wow! These are beautiful! I would try hot mess! My favorite is the berried treasure... but I would really love to try the hot mess first, trying to change from same 'ol thing on my face! :)

    Thank you for the blog and focusing some of your time on soy free food/products. I have many food allergies (oral allergy syndrome to most nuts, some fruit and some veggies (carrots/celery). I am allergic to Sulfa drugs. I just added soy to my list of allergies. It is probably the hardest one so far because it is not well documented and in everything! I know gluten is really difficult but I see that as more people are aware of it the labeling is getting better. I can only hope soy will be recognized soon and properly labeled and dealt with!

    You really pointed me in the right direction on beauty products. I love red apple lipstick. I am hoping to find more things that we allergic folks can use. I look forward to reading more of your blog and I am following you now. Here is mine if you have interest in taking a look.
